1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to ph643 ("we," "us," "our," or "ph643"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and ph643 operating under the domain ph643.cam. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ph643 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activities conducted using your account credentials shall be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you shall be held fully responsible for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made through your account.

You must immediately notify ph643 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security. ph643 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account unless such unauthorized use results from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of ph643 shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and ph643. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ph643.

10. Amendment and Termination

ph643 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on the ph643 website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of ph643 following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ph643 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct. Upon termination, all outstanding balances, bonuses, and promotional credits may be forfeited at our sole discretion.
